Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Customized or personalized products (like name jewelry) are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

3. Once approved, you may ship the product back to our address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality inspection. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
